You were gone for so long! Welcome back! I'm so sorry to hear about your knees though. I hope they can control the pain and inflammation for you. It sounds like you've fallen in love with Thailand. Isn't wonderful when you find a place you could call home? I've missed you!

Hi Ms. Leslie, I'm sorry to hear about your knee troubles and hope the doctors can fix them soon. You must have some serious frequent flyer miles from all your trips to Thailand.

Welcome back. I hope the doctors can fix you up. Mine kick up on occasion, but never, never to that level. Let me know what the doctors tell you.

Welcome back. I really miss you when you stay away too long. Ok, here is Dr. Dee prescribing medicine again. I have very painful knees from years of abuse with martial arts. My GYN told me to buy Joint Support Complex, put out by Nature's Bounty, but any mixture of Glucosamine, MSM and Chondroitin will do the trick. Girlfriend, it was like a miracle when I started taking that vitamin. Within 2 days the pain was relieved to the point that I didn't focus on it 24/7. I take it religiously now with 2 Advil, and I'm set to go dancing. Please give it a try, and let me know.
